Software Development Engineer / Technical Writer

Nisheng is a start-up technology company providing hybrid cloud service to other enterprise, mostly in the heavy industry. Our products include digital enterprice resoureces plainning (Cloud ERP), intelligent manufacturing systems, and so on.

I am a full-time software development engineer and technical writer in the developing department. My major job are consisted with three parts.

For the SDE position, I contribute to the development of the kernel of hybrid cloud service by establishing communication between clients and servers in a Linux environment.

Moreover, I am responsible for writing and updating clear and concise documentation on technical jargon to help developers, users, and customers understand our hybrid cloud service. With the knowledge about our products, I work with the marketing leader to provide technical consultation about our product during the market research and strategy generation.

I also join conferences with our customers to explain the benefits and costs of our technologies. My professional, clear and easy statements can build credibility of our company and gain trust from our customers.
